They are currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in complex commercial/financial services litigation, class action lawsuits, and real estate litigation to join its team. Experience in title insurance matters is a plus. Must be admitted in Los Angeles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, financial services litigation, class action lawsuits, and real estate litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for and conduct depositions.
- Develop case strategies, manage cases from inception through resolution, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic legal advice, and keep them informed about case developments.
- Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with developments in relevant areas of law and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base.
